RATES AT EASTBURY COTTAGE: 

Rates are quoted per unit for the first two persons sharing on self-catering basis. Additional rate per extra person/s.  Depending on the season, rates are flexible for stays exceeding 14 nights.

 ~ Weekends: Minimum booking of two nights unless the Friday night has already been booked.

~ Long weekends: A minimum number of 3 to 5 nights respectively.  (Check in will be the night before the public holiday – i.e. should a public holiday fall on a Friday then check in will be on the Thursday) No check-in on Good Friday due to staff holiday.

~ Festive Season: 15 December to 5th January –Minimum stay of 7 nights during Festive Season – shorter stays depending on back to back availability.  No check-in or check-out on 25th, 26th December or 1 January due to staff holidays.  

~ Last Minute: Book on the day and get a further 10% discount – Direct or walk-in bookings only

~ Single rate: On request from R650 to R900pn depending on unit and season.   Double Rate: from R375pppn to R600 pppn depending on unit and season.

~Health Breakfast available R120pp.   Please book in advance (Breakfast Hamper: with Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice, bread/s, jams, eggs to cook, tea and coffee.  The hamper will be packed into your fridge for self service).  For parties travelling together breakfast can be arranged in the dining room on request.

2.  Deposit to be paid by EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) RSA bank accounts only. No Cash deposits as these attract a fee.

3.  Balance by EFT or cash on arrival. (No cheques or credit card payments)

4.  Bank service fees R135 will  be charged for cash deposits, credit card payments and Foreign SWIFT transfers.

5.  Minimum number of nights may apply, dependent on the special offer.

THE MAYFLOWER at 18 Flower St. Centrally situated and walking distance to shops, 300m from seafront and restaurants, each “upper deck” cabin sleeps two adults and has a sleeper couch for additional persons. NB: All visitors travelling to RSA with children under 18 must be in possession of  an unabridged birth certificate in addition to valid passport and visas where necessary.  The latest news is that you can request a letter indicating that you have applied from your Authority for the Unabridged Birth Certificate (the certificate could take up to 8 weeks to issue).  This letter can be used in the interim while you travel.  For more information contact the South Africa Department of Home Affairs.
